Installation

We don’t rely on subcontractors to install your technology equipment. We have our own team of certified installers, and this is what they do, every day.  ​You can be assured that the person installing your equipment is fully capable to handle the installation and solve issues on the spot if needed.

Our Standard installation includes all the necessary brackets, cables, and connections to place your new interactive flat panel within six feet of a teacher’s computer.

If you’ve opted to have a Custom Installation, there may be charges for additional parts and/or cables. Before we start work, we will send over a document for review, so you know what to expect with your installation.

Training

TRAINING

We have a number of options for training staff on how to use interactive panels, as well as all of our other products.

We offer online training, online web training, and in-person training, both half day and full day.

SUPPORT

We provide ongoing support as needed.  Customers can contact us by phone 316-558-3849 x131 or click here to email support.  In some situations we may also utilize our vendors product support, regardless of the support needed we will ensure you can use the technology that you have invested in!
