Haddock Education Technologies provides more than just products and services. We have assembled a team of experts to help you along the way. From our Education Consultants who help you assess your needs, to our installers, and customer support team, we’re here for you. We’ve been in business since 1978—we know technology and education and want you to be successful.
Many of our Education Consultants are former educators. These are people who have been in education and have a deeper understanding of your district’s needs.
Education Consultants are based in the territory they cover. Our process includes an on-site assessment of your needs, not just a phone call. We want to become a long-term trusted advisor and will help in any way we can.
We don’t rely on subcontractors to install your technology equipment. We have our own team of certified installers, and this is what they do, every day. You can be assured that the person installing your equipment is fully capable to handle the installation and solve issues on the spot if needed.
Our Standard installation includes all the necessary brackets, cables, and connections to place your new Promethean Activboard or other equipment within six feet of a teacher’s computer. If you have opted to have a Custom Installation, there may be charges for additional parts and/or cables. Before we start work, we will send over a document for review, so you know what to expect with your installation.

Our customer service doesn’t end with installation. We provide support as needed. Customers can contact us via phone or email. We also utilize our vendors for product support. We want to ensure you can use the technology you’ve invested in.
Additionally, our Education Consultants can help our customers with grants. We don’t write the grants for customers, but we do review them to ensure the information is accurate and most likely to win the grant.
